Matthew 1:21: And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
The savior, what a name! Jesus’ very name means savior. His name is His destiny. He saved and saves. He saves from sin. He saves us from our mistakes. He saves us from whatever is our situation.
Being saved from sin means being rescued. Jesus is our rescuer. He moves in and brings us to a safe place, a place of conquest over sin, and a place of victory over mistakes.
ACT! Get honest. Take your mistakes and hand them over for salvation. Let Jesus rescue you to a place of victorious living.
PRAY! Father of Forgiveness, give me victory over my sin. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, my Strength and my Redeemer.
Energy For Your Life and Health 
let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by Him this man stands here before you whole. Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:10,12 NKJV
Sometimes we just forget why we exist. The pursuit of money and things replaces the heart for prayer and compassion. The worries of health and success displace attachments to the kingdom of God and His righteousness. Pleasing people and staying in good graces pushes aside pleasing God and His graces.
By the name of Jesus, healing comes.
By the name of Jesus, salvation is secured.
By the name of Jesus, demons flee.
By the name of Jesus, a household is given hope.
By the name of Jesus, our mistakes are forgiven.
By the name of Jesus, our punishment is satisfied.
By the name of Jesus, not by the name of pro-life or the name of gun control or the name of secure borders or the name of abortion or the name of first amendment or the name of amnesty or the name of same sex or heterosexual marriage are we saved.
Remember the greatest name that is above all names is available to change us into more like Him and less like us.
Prayer: Father, thank You for giving us Your Son, Jesus. Thank you for giving us life. Thank you for giving us the name above all names to transact business with this world and live in a fulfillment that eludes the world. Thanks for finding us and receiving us in the name of Jesus, Your Son, the Christ.
